Positive Ageing Toolkit

Based on the findings of the primary and secondary research collected, the consortium proceed with the development of a Practical Toolkit which will aim to help adults over the age of 65 acquire the appropriate competencies and knowledge on how to improve the process of ageing and deal more effectively with challenges that they might be facing. The toolkit focuses on helping caregivers to help them cultivate skills that would be useful when it comes to improving their well-being and resilience. The Positive Ageing Toolkit provides clear guidelines on how elderly people can gain appropriate competencies and knowledge on how to improve the ageing process and deal more effectively with the challenges they might be facing.
