Projects

EAEA’s project work focuses on coordination, partnerships, and dissemination services.

EAEA actively participates in European projects as coordinators, partners and dissemination experts, supporting innovation and collaboration across the adult learning and education sector. Part of our specialisation is the promotion of project results, and due to this, EAEA offers specific dissemination services to organisations all over Europe. As the voice of ALE in Europe, our project focuses on inclusive, high-quality lifelong learning. These include a response to European priorities such as social inclusion, digital and green transitions, democracy and gender equality.

Key themes and priorities for 2025

In 2025, our work is guided by the annual theme Flexible Learning Pathways, addressing the evolving needs of adult learners and fostering personalised, accessible education for all. This includes initiatives around micro-credentials, validation of prior learning, online and blended learning, and learner mobility.
