Practical Information
EAEA is responsible for:
- Organising the study visits, the workshops and the discussions with external partners
- Booking an external meeting room, if required/requested
- Organising a pre-departure online meeting, if requested
- Accompanying the group at the various sites, share insights into EAEA and Brussels
- Sharing a list of accommodation and practical information for moving around Brussels during the visit
You or your visit organiser is responsible for:
- Booking and paying for accommodation
- Organising meals (during the day and evening)
- Paying for and arranging transport to and within Brussels
- Ensuring suitable luggage storage and luggage transfer facilities if necessary

Study visits at EAEA and KA1: Study visits hosted by EAEA can be (partially) funded by Erasmus+ KA1 grants. EAEA can sign participation forms and assist with relevant administration. Visits can fall under “training activities” or “job shadowing”.
For EAEA Members: EAEA members receive advantageous tariffs for EAEA to host them in Brussels on a study visit. The specific price package is on demand, according to the number of participants and duration. Please get in contact with eaea-office(at)eaea.org with your request.
For non-members looking to be hosted by EAEA (Brussels): EAEA organises study visits for non-members depending on availability of staff, agenda and ressources. The specific price package is on demand, according to the number of participants and duration. Please get in contact with eaea-office(at)eaea.org with your request.
