EAEA actively participates in European projects as coordinators, partners and dissemination experts, supporting innovation and collaboration across the adult learning and education sector. As the voice of ALE in Europe, our project focuses on inclusive, high-quality lifelong learning. These include a response to European priorities such as social inclusion, digital and green transitions, democracy and gender equality.

In 2026, our work is guided by the annual theme Resilience and Community-Building, highlighting how adult learning and education contribute to resilient, inclusive and democratic societies. ALE strengthens democracy by promoting civic engagement, critical thinking and participation.
