Who we are?

Edukativni centar za obuke u profesionalnim i radnim veštinama (Educational Training centre for Professional and Working skills) is an educational institution founded by and funded by the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Serbia with the main purpose of lowering the unemployment rate through education of unemployed people.

What we do?

We provide non-formal adult education mostly, but not only, to unemployed people through more than 40 different educational programs.

We strongly support development of entrepreneurship mostly trough our educational programs adapted for business starters, as well as our consultancy services and well-placed business connections. Our Centre provides publishing services, consulting services, renting of our educational facilities etc. Our aim is to establish connections with various organizations in the adult-education sector, as well as participate in local and international projects with the objective of self-improvement and providing a better quality of education.

“Innovative System for Knowledge and Skills Improvement – Knowledge To Everyone” (Serbian: Inovativni sistem za unapređenje znanja i veština – Znanje svima) – IPA program of the EU, development of an online study platform (distance learning) 

“ITC Mind – Innovation and Technology Center for Metal Industry” – Interreg IPA CBC Hungary – Serbia project.
