Stiftung Erwachsenenbildung Liechtenstein - Liechtenstein Adult Education Foundation

Who we are?

The Adult Education Foundation Liechtenstein is an umbrella organization and was founded in 1999 by the parliament. Its main focus is to coordinate and support adult education in Liechtenstein. The foundation emphasizes the importance of adult education in the education sector of Liechtenstein.

What we do?

The government, communities and private sponsors fund us in order to support adult education institutions in Liechtenstein.

By controlling and advising the supported institutions we can improve adult education and his position in the educational sector. We co-create the mid- and long-term strategies of adult education. Furthermore, we ensure that the financial and human resources are in accordance with the educational objectives.

Regarding to the traditions in adult education we aim to facilitate and strengthen life long learning in Liechtenstein. We support and initiate course offers, which can’t or won’t be carried out by any other educational institute.

The networking on a national and international level is an important concern.
