Who we are?
Israel Adult Education Association (IAEA) – is a non governmental organization (NGO), non political and non profit organization. IAEA was established in 1951, in order to unite all organizations and institutions involved in adult learning, as an umbrella organization for those in the field, and representing them.
What we do?
IAEA strives to promote the idea of a learning society, for enriched learning, literacy, and individuals among all strata of the population.
IAEA views a learning and literate society – as an existential need for strengthening social cohesion and stability.
IAEA – operating many projects and plans to achieve these goals, In cooperation with: The Ministry of Education, JDC, local municipalities, community centers , and other organizations.
IAEA operates projects – developing new methods and tools to help new immigrants to learn the language, to complete education, and to be prepared to employment.
