Studieförbunden - Swedish Adult Education Association (SAEA)

Who we are?

We seek to highlight the role of folkbildning in public debate. We do so on the basis of the several million people who meet in folkbildning every year. We particularly prioritise ethics and quality, active citizenship, culture, lifelong learning. We are also a negotiation body for the study associations and enter into joint agreements.

What we do?

Typical Swedish – a project for cultural diversion and against nationalism (www.typisktsvenskt.se). Digidek 2013 – a national campaign to get 500 000 more Swedes online before the end of 2013.
