Arcipelago APS
Who we are
Arcipelago promotes the well-being and personal growth of youth and young adults. Guided by the principles of the Council of Europe Recommendation (2018) which emphasises the importance of transversal skills. Safe spaces are created in both the physical and digital environments and simultaneously implemented in non-formal education approaches.
Our goal is to be a point of reference for people of all ages who wish to develop transversal skills. And for all who want to take part in more equitable, responsible and inclusive local communities.
What we do
Arcipelago works on uplifting individuals with disabilities and their families. Our focus centres on empowerment through non-formal educational programs designed to foster social interaction and connection with their community.
We work on the participation and engagement of adults. People who are on the margins of local, social and/or political spheres. With women, the elderly and migrants.
Digital literacy is a key component of our work. We aim to enhance digital skills across various domains. Through the development of targeted non-formal educational resources and training initiatives. From literacy to safety, and effective communication to collaborative prowess.
We promote autonomy for those at higher risk of vulnerability. Our tailor-made programmes empower women, foreigners and the marginalised from the workforce. By cultivating pathways in financial and intercultural citizenship, we pave the way for a more empowered and resilient community.
