What should happen at the policy level to enable outreach and access in adult learning, during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond? During an interactive panel, we will hear from adult learning experts representing different levels and perspectives.
Our guests will include Martina Ní Cheallaigh from the Adult Education and VET unit at DG EMPL, European Commission, Camilla Winter from EARLALL, the European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning, Graciela Sbertoli from EBSN, the European Basic Skills Network, and Una Buckley, a learner representative from AONTAS. The panel will be moderated by EAEA President Uwe Gartenschlaeger.
