Supporting adult education opportunities for learners and employers: contribute to the RALExILA research!

Do you want to contribute to shaping adult education opportunities in your country and in Europe? We are currently researching employers and adult education learners needs and experiences in the process of choosing, supporting and acquiring adult education opportunities and we would be happy to have your valuable insight through a short survey!

The project RALExILA – National Registries of Adult Learning and Education to support the deployment of Individual Learning Accounts is researching employers and adult education learners needs and experiences in the process of choosing, supporting and acquiring adult education opportunities.

The aim of the project is to develop and deliver a model and a proof of concept for the national registries for training opportunities (focusing on ALE – Adult Learning and Education), with a methodology based on interoperability, accessibility and inclusiveness, also looking at quality of the education opportunities and the relevance of such training in terms of employability and personal development.

All adult learners and employers from the following countries are invited to support the research and share their valuable insight through a survey: Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, France, Ireland, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, The Netherlands and Portugal.

The survey is anonymous and it will be used by the RALExILA partners to develop a new and innovative approach for adult education opportunities in Europe, with your contribution!

Yet across the continent, farmers are already navigating climate pressures, sustainability requirements, rising costs, labour shortages and rapid technological change. The challenge may not be a lack of willingness to learn, but whether education and training systems are designed for the realities of agricultural life.

Democratic resilience starts with the protection of civil society

As civic space narrows across Europe, civil society organisations play an increasingly vital role in defending democracy and participation. EAEA urges European institutions and Member States to take action to protect civil society as a crucial democratic actor.
