EAEA at the “Efficient & Effective Project Management for EU funded Projects” training organised by ShipCon.

EAEA staff members successfully participated in the five days training on European Project Management, organised by ShipCon.  This training course took place in the city of Barcelona between the 30th of July and 3rd of August and included a diverse crowd of participants.

The ‘Efficient & effective Project Management for EU funded projects’ course aimed at equipping all those involved in the management/coordination as well as all those responsible for the technical and financial progress on behalf of their institutions with the required knowledge and expertise in dealing in an efficient & effective manner with the management of EU funded projects.

Our staff through their active involvement in this participatory masterclass gained further insight on a wide range of project related topics such as the EC project reporting, the communication & dissemination of EU funded projects, the project monitoring & evaluation and the risk management among others. Within the framework of the course participants had been provided with the opportunity to create their own tools for managing and organising projects while at the same time they were able to exchange knowledge and experiences with professionals coming from a wide range of contexts and thus enrich their own practice.

Competence development with the help of technology: practical examples for educators
