4L Life Long Learning Laboratory

Who we are?

4L life-long learning laboratory was established in 2017 as a civil society organisation to contribute to implementing the lifelong learning principle in Georgia and promote the skills ecosystem development, including strengthening adult learning.
In 2024, with a change in management, the organisation moved to a new level of development and began to reform to fulfil its mission better and help the ongoing processes in the educational field, which in turn should have a positive impact on the country’s socio-economic development and European integration. For this purpose, the organisation plans to work closely with local and international stakeholders.

What do we do?

We engage ourselves in the following dimensions:

  1. Supporting governments and institutions in policy and strategic development, covering all sub-systems of LLL ;
  2. Strengthening LLL stakeholders through the introduction of targeted partnership modalities and PPP schemes;
  3. Supporting Organizational development of providers and other partners;
  4. Underpinning diversity and inclusion in terms of the introduction of versatile mechanisms, services and methodologies for social inclusion and gender equality;
  5. Supporting entrepreneurial eco-system development;
  6. Implementing applied research and analysis as a sector think tank, supporting stakeholders to introduce data analysis and evidence-based decision-making systems;
  7. Supporting digital transformation and innovation;
  8. Supporting greening and sustainability mindset building through strong policies, rethinking competence frameworks and strengthened democracy education and citizenship.
