EAEA will be presenting the first outcomes of the Motivating Low-Skilled Adults in Accessing Upskilling Pathways to Increase Job Opportunities (MOTIV-ACTION) project, implemented in 10 European countries with an emphasis on digital and remote guidance systems.
Participants will learn innovative tools and methodologies for employment counsellors, career guidance professionals, and adult education providers. International perspectives on guidance will also be shared during an expert panel discussion.
Our keynote speakers will be Carlo Scatoli, Senior Expert at Unit Skills Agenda from the European Commission and Katharine Mullock, Labour Market Economist, Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs (OECD).
