For more than 20 years, European lifelong learning policy has placed the employability of learners at the heart of adult education processes.

In this context, training should necessarily lead to employment to be considered useful or valuable. As for the adult learner, he should constantly update his skills and knowledge in order to be considered as an active citizen.

Can learning be contained for the sole purpose of becoming a more attractive individual in the job market?
