AI4AL Matching Tool Launch: Using AI to Match Learners’ Skills with Job Profiles and Learning Paths

Join us for the official launch of the AI4AL Matching Tool – an AI-based tool that aims to empower education, career guidance and employment services by matching the users’ skills with job profiles and learning paths.
The AI4AL Matching Tool was developed as an AI-powered and skills-based digital tool to support adult educators in their daily work. It consists of two components:
- User App for learners to assess their skills, explore careers and create CVs.
- Educator Portal for educators to manage user profiles, monitor progress, and use the generated skills profiles to create highly personalised recommendations and learning paths.
The Matching Tool uses the European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) taxonomy to capture skills and careers.
Alongside the AI4AL Matching Tool we have created a series of Use Cases to organise your work plan with the tool, a guide to explore how to use our tool for the creation of micro-credentials and our step-by-step guides for educators and learners.
Visit our AI4AL Matching Tool page to register to the tool as an institution and access to the resources.
