MASTER final event: Bridging non-formal and formal adult learning through PSL competences

The final event of the MASTER project will take place in Brussels 17 May, 13.30 – 16.30 CEST. The event will showcase tools developed in the MASTER project to facilitate the participation of adults in education and in the labour market. The event is part of European Vocational Skills Week 2022.

The project “Measures for Adults to Support Transition to further Education and Re-skilling opportunities” (MASTER) has developed tools to facilitate the participation of adults in formal education and in the labour market. The special target groups of the project are unemployed adults, migrants and others with vulnerable position in the labour market.

The tools developed focus on PSL (personal, social and learning to learn) competence. PSL represent a wide range of skills that can be transversal across jobs and sectors and that, by fostering self-awareness, can be considered the most urgent skills for adults with a risk for marginalisation and unemployment.

The MASTER final event will allow the participants an opportunity to contribute to the final outcomes as well as learn about possibilities to use the MASTER tools in their own work.
