EAEA’s General Assembly has accepted two new ordinary members and six associate members. Representatives from three organisations received their membership certificates at the Assembly in Warsaw.
New ordinary members
Local Youth Action Council of Peja, Kosovo
Local Youth Action Council of Peja is an NGO based in Peja, Kosovo, committed to promoting active citizenship, non-formal education, community participation, and lifelong learning. The organisation works to empower local communities through inclusive initiatives, partnerships, and advocacy, while contributing to social development and democratic engagement at the local level.
Know and Can Ltd. (K&C), Bulgaria
The main activities and expertise of KNOW AND CAN LTD include development of educational courses and training materials that highlight the potential and diversity of personal and professional development of people; trainings and workshops on soft, transversal and employability skills, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, digital and media literacy and career consulting.



New associated members
NGO Hareja – YALEC Vushtrri, Kosovo
NGO Hareja is a non-governmental organization based in Vushtrri, Kosovo, dedicated to promoting education, lifelong learning, and community development. The organization focuses on providing educational and training opportunities, including language courses, vocational training, and soft skills development. Its main objective is to empower youth and adults by improving their skills, enhancing employability, and supporting social inclusion within the community.
Ukrainian Tourist Guides Association (UTGA), Ukraine
The Ukrainian Tourist Guides Association (UTGA) implements lifelong learning programmes for adult learners in the field of tourism, heritage interpretation, inclusive tourism, and digital skills. Their core activities include the development and delivery of upskilling and reskilling programmes for tourist guides, creation of professional standards, certification of competencies, and promotion of the guiding profession at national and international levels.


Blue Door Education, Malta
Blue Door Education is an award winning NGO in Valletta, Malta. Thier team of passionate and compassionate volunteers is dedicated to providing free literacy, language and life skill classes, both in person and online, for adult refugees and asylum seekers, and adult migrants with a social worker referral. The hands-on linguistic first aid and practical skills courses they provide help refugees and asylum seekers rebuild their lives in Malta with dignity, equity and confidence.
National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA), Ireland
The National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA), founded in 1980, is a registered charity, company limited by guarantee and membership-based organisation. They believe that literacy is a human right and are committed to making sure people with unmet literacy, numeracy and digital literacy needs in Ireland can fully take part in society and have access to quality learning opportunities that meet their needs.
Galway City Partnership, Ireland
Galway City Partnership delivers a wide range of community-based programmes focused on employment, education, and community development. Their core activities are delivered through the following key programmes: Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme (SICAP) TÚS Programme Youth Advocacy Service Galway Migrant Service Local Employment Network Service Bridge Project Healthy Galway Local Employment Service Network (LESN).
Regional Association for the Development of Information Technologies in Madeira (DTIM), Portugal
The Regional Association for the Development of Information Technologies of Madeira (DTIM) is a private, non-profit association founded in 1985, and declared of Public Utility in 1986. Recognised for its competence in organising and executing professional training programs. DTIM is certified in 15 areas of education and training, including IT, management, accounting, law, hospitality, and more. Their mission is to enhance the cross-cutting use of Information Technologies in lifelong learning, contributing to the value of our partners.
