Project Design training in adult learning and education
Join EAEA’s Project Design Training to develop and refine project ideas in adult learning and education. Through practical workshops, collaborative work and peer exchange, participants will explore the key elements of successful project development, from shaping an idea to creating a structured project concept.
The Project Design Training supports participants in transforming ideas into well-developed project concepts. The training covers different stages of project development, including defining a project vision, building a strong narrative, identifying stakeholders, creating a work plan, developing a budget and preparing for evaluation and dissemination.
Through interactive sessions, group work and guidance from EAEA trainers, participants work on their own project ideas and receive feedback from peers. The training combines theoretical input with practical exercises to help participants strengthen their capacity to design impactful projects in adult learning and education.
