NGO Trainers’ Association in Poland (sTOP) organises a series of training courses for teachers, educators and trainers for 2023-2024.

A 5-day workshop on how you can nourish and energise your body and mind; to understand and process your emotions better; get skillful in noticing your levels of energy, stress and emotions; experience and practice different tools and methods helpful in taking care of yourself when you need it.

The workshop will also take place on 16-20.10.2023 in Warsaw, Poland.
