From Design to Implementation: ALE Registries and ILAs in Europe

Join us for the final online workshop of the RALExILA initiative ‘’From Design to Implementation: ALE Registries and ILAs in Europe’’.
Thursday 19 March 2026 – 10.00-12.30 AM
As Individual Learning Accounts and learning entitlement schemes expand across Europe, this key question remains: how do we build trustworthy, transparent, and quality-assured ALE registries that make learning rights and skills portability easy?
This international policy webinar will present European implementation tools and system models for building and updating Adult Learning and Education registries aligned with ILA systems, to support interoperability across European countries and portability of skills and competences.
You will discover:
- A European system model for interoperable ALE registries and ILA platforms
- Roadmaps for co-design and implementation of the system
- Good practices and recommendations on quality assurance and governance approaches
- Implementation lessons from European cooperation
Developed through the RALEXILA project, these tools are designed as practical reference resources for ministries, national agencies, systems developers, and adult learning stakeholders.
- Explore concrete system solutions
- Access implementation guidance
- Engage in forward-looking policy dialogue
