Digital wellbeing for a competitive Europe 

 

From 22 to 23 September 2026 in Belgrade, Europe’s digital community will come together at a pivotal moment. 

The All Digital Summit is two days in Belgrade with the whole digital education sector: educators, associations, institutions, and corporates. Speakers flying in from across Europe to share what works in their countries, DG EAC well represented across both days, and a few MEPs joining and finally approachable. This year we added a pre-event cocktail at the Palace of Science and a matchmaking breakfast to make the networking even more powerful. 

 

As the European Union strengthens its focus on innovation and competitiveness, the conversation is shifting. Inclusion, education, and digital skills are no longer side topics. They are central to Europe’s growth and sustainability. 

The Summit is where this shift comes to life. It will connect policymakers, educators, innovators, civil society, and industry leaders to exchange ideas, share practices, and turn knowledge into action.
