The International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame opens the Call for Nominations until May 1st.

The next conference and ceremony for the class 2025 of Hall of Fame of Adult Education inductees is going to take place in Oklahoma in November, 8th. There is time until the 1st of May to submit the applications.

The International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame has a rich and diverse history in honoring and paying tribute to those in the fields of adult and continuing education including scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.

The IACE annual conference is one of the most influential organisations in the field of adult education, representing more than 800 organisations working on the promotion of the right to learn, literacy, youth and adult education, and lifelong learning.

Last year EAEA had the honor of being inducted with the Organization Award for its contribution and impact on adult and continuing education. The three day conference was hosted in the beautiful settings of the University of Florence, with inspiring and motivational workshops and speakers. As you can see from our previous article, the conference is a blend of workshops, keynote speeches and inspiring speakers. To get a full list of the inductees of the last session, visit the IACE website.

Honoring our commitment, it is our turn to nominate potential candidates to be included in the Hall of Fame of Adult Education.

Both individuals and organizations can be nominated. The selected ones will be invited to the conference and induction ceremony at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, on Saturday, November 8th, 2025. The deadline to submit nominations is set on the 1st of May. To know more about the eligibility criteria, download the document here attached.
