NoCode Institute

Who we are

NoCode Institute is a leading organization in adult education and digital transformation, specializing in digital reskilling and upskilling for non-technical professionals through no-code, low-code, and artificial intelligence technologies. Our mission is to empower individuals, particularly underrepresented groups, with the digital competencies needed to thrive in the evolving job market by democratizing access to advanced digital tools and making technology creation accessible to everyone, regardless of technical background. We bridge the digital skills gap and promote inclusive access to technology education through innovative andragogical methodologies and strategic industry partnerships that create meaningful learning experiences leading to tangible employment outcomes. We are a B Corp-certified Portuguese social enterprise, operating with a strong social impact focus and commitment to sustainable, ethical business practices. Our work has been recognized with the Impact Edtech in 2022, Sonae Education Award in 2023 and ranked as a TOP 10 No-Code Bootcamp in the World by Course Report (2023 and 2024), acknowledging our contribution to innovative and impactful adult education at an international level.

What we do

We design and deliver comprehensive digital reskilling programs targeting diverse populations, including women, young professionals, entrepreneurs, professionals in career transition and unemployed individuals. Some examples of our flagship initiatives:

  • Descodifica-te: A specialized program focused on developing digital skills for women, promoting gender equality in the technology sector;
  • Digital ShiftUP: An entrepreneurship acceleration program that combines digital competencies with business development skills.

We work in close partnership with leading foundations and corporations, ensuring our programs meet both learner needs and market demands. All our training programs hold multiple international and national certifications including DGERT (Portugal), EQAC (Education Quality Accreditation Commission – European), CPD (Continuing Professional Development – UK), and ACTD (American Council of Training & Development – USA), maintaining the highest standards in adult education quality and compliance.

Best practices

  • Descodifica-te programme: Each application we received for “Descodifica-te” carried the same courage: women ready to build their next chapter, despite the odds. Every woman deserves to shape the digital world, not just adapt to it.
  • Digital ShiftUP programme: Digital ShiftUP is a digital entrepreneurship acceleration program that empowers entrepreneurs and startups to develop scalable digital products using No-Code and AI tools.
  • Soane Education Award in 2023: The No Code Institute empowers non-technical adults to enter the digital economy by learning to build websites, apps, and automations using no-code tools without programming. Our mission is to create future leaders and generate lasting social and economic impact.

Descodifica is a digital reskilling program designed for women in career transition or seeking new professional paths. Based on the belief that anyone can master digital skills, the program builds technical, networking, and career development capabilities, empowering participants to regain confidence, create new opportunities, and re-enter the job market with impact.
