Who we are

THY is a Kosovo-based non-governmental organisation established in 2011, committed to empowering youth and adults through education, skill development, and intercultural exchange. We focus on fostering creativity, civic engagement, and lifelong learning, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth in local and international contexts.

What we do

THY empowers youth and adults in Kosovo through education, skills development, and community engagement. Through our activities, we offer professional courses, practical trainings, and workshops in areas such as digital skills, green technologies, languages, soft skills, and entrepreneurship. Through these programs, participants gain hands-on experience, build practical knowledge, and strengthen their personal and professional capacities. We also organise international projects, youth exchanges, and camps, which foster leadership, intercultural dialogue, collaboration, and civic engagement. Across all our initiatives, we focus on empowerment, peacebuilding, social inclusion, creativity, and sustainable development, combining experiential learning with personal growth. By connecting local communities with global perspectives, we equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and mindset to create positive change and contribute to a more innovative, inclusive, and socially responsible society.

YALEC – Youth and Adult Learning and Education Center: Offers practical trainings, workshops, and courses to develop digital, green, and soft skills for youth and adults.

Rock nRoad: Music workshops that combine creativity with peacebuilding, encouraging intercultural dialogue, collaboration, and cultural expression among young adults.

EAEA brings together

EAEA is a European NGO whose purpose is to link and represent European organisations directly involved in adult learning. Originally known as the European Bureau of Adult Education, EAEA was founded in 1953 by representatives from a number of European countries.

EAEA promotes adult learning and access to and participation in non-formal adult education for all, particularly for groups currently under-represented.
